What is included in the monthly rent?

Our all-inclusive pricing covers high-speed fiber internet, electricity, water, 24/7 building access, free parking, and access to common areas like the kitchen and lounge. There are no hidden utility fees.

What are the lease terms?

We offer flexible terms to suit your business needs. You can choose from month-to-month memberships for maximum flexibility or sign a 6-12 month lease for locked-in rates. Hourly rentals are also available for meeting rooms and day offices.

Is there a meeting room available?

Yes! We have fully equipped professional meeting rooms with presentation screens and whiteboards. Tenants get a monthly credit for meeting room hours, and additional time can be booked easily through our tenant portal.

Can I access the building after hours?

Absolutely. All monthly private office and dedicated desk members receive secure keycard access, allowing you to enter the building 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is parking included?

Yes, we have ample free on-site parking available for you and your clients right outside the building. You never have to worry about downtown parking meters or garages.

Can I bring guests or clients?

Of course. You are welcome to host guests in your private office or our meeting rooms. We just ask that guests be accompanied by a member while in the common areas.

How fast is the internet?

We provide enterprise-grade fiber internet with both secure Wi-Fi and hardwired Ethernet ports in every office, ensuring a fast and reliable connection for video calls and large uploads.
